It’s easy to bless those who have nothing,
To excuse the uneducated.
It’s easy to have compassion for the poor,
To care for the widows and orphans.
It’s easy to fight for the oppressed and persecuted.
It’s easy to love the innocent.
But who would dare to bless those who with selfish greed, curse?
Who would dare forgive the fine of a wealthy man?
Or give a second chance to a leader who fails and falls over and over again?
Who would dare care for liars, thieves and murderers?
Or have faith in a cheater?
Who would dare to love a criminal?
I tell you the truth;
Want to make a difference?
Want to change the world?
Want to look more like Christ?
Don’t settle for easy.
